Wayne Anderson, noted Florida racer who has run and won many championships throughout the Southeast, founded the F.A.S.T. series along with his dad, Dick, and Alan Bruns. With input from racers and promoters, they were able to put together a package that was attractive to both the competitors as well as the tracks.
