This is the view atop the spotters' tower at Daytona before the 2005 24 Hours of Daytona race. I can see my car at nearly every point on the race track from up here, and I cannot take my eyes off the car or I lose it. At night it is even worse. This year I did the 12:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. stint, and it rained all night. You've gotta love it to do it. Photo by Jim Jones View Related Article
