As you can see, the 2.5-liter engine's greaterstroke gives it the advantage (better torque and horsepower numbers),but if your track is tight and uses the common "pound per cc" rule(meaning a car with a 2.3-liter engine must weigh at least 2,300 poundswhile the 2.5-liter car must weigh 2,500) you might be better off withthe smaller mill.
