The Real Square (TM) Laser Alignment System is shown being used for instruction in the Patrick Henry Community College Motorsports program.

The Real Square (TM) Alignment System is designed to provide precision chassis setup and wheel alignment. This system is accurate, repeatable, and easy to use. You can quickly and accurately align all four tires at the contact patch, set toe, and more without using a string or tape measure.

The wheel fixture attaches to the hub centerline, where wheel and tire runout is eliminated. The axle alignment fixtures are tested and guaranteed to have within 0.001-inch perpendicularity. All of the measurement surfaces are CNC-machined. High-quality laser diodes create a super thin line for precise readability. The lasers are adjustable to ensure accurate calibration with each use.

The Real Square (TM) system can be set up in about 20-30 minutes, including the laser calibration. All of the measurements are instantly available after system setup, and resetting the laser line after making chassis adjustments takes only seconds.

The Real Square (TM) system is more than a wheel alignment tool. It is a chassis setup system that can bring precision and repeatability to the measurements of many setup functions such as wheel alignment at the contact patch, wheelbase, camber, bumpsteer, Ackermann, roll center, pinion angle change, front and rear toe settings, and more.

Every component of the Real Square (TM) system is available individually, so you can start out with a basic system and upgrade as your team grows. Whatever your methodology might be concerning alignment or setup, this tool ensures accurate information that allows you to keep your chassis tuned.
