7 If the driver’s arm is getting tired at this point, you can allow him to rest his hand on his leg like you see here. The next measurement is from the tabletop vertically to the top of the shoulder. This is for the shoulder strap, so measure to the meaty part of the shoulder near the base of the neck where the shoulder strap will sit. Remember not to allow your tape measure to bend, so you may need a ruler to mark a level line from the driver’s shoulder to the tape. View Related Article
