Take Cover Radiator
Whenever I buy a new radiator for my race car, I save the cardboard that covers the fins during shipping. Then, whenever I have to do any work on the car around the radiator I use the cardboard to cover the fins on the radiator so that it won't get damaged, possibly by the slip of a wrench or the back of your hand. This saves the fins on the radiator and the skin on your knuckles. It's always a perfect fit and you just duct tape it in place.
Just don't forget to remove it.
