ACCEL Ceramic Boot Spark Plug Wires

Designed to perform under the most extreme underhood temperatures, the ACCEL Ceramic Boot spark wire sets are ideal for a variety of race applications, especially vehicles with tight header clearances and limited engine bay space. The wire sets feature ceramic ends capable of withstanding temperatures where conventional boots would simply fail—up to 2,000 degrees F. The Extreme 9000 wires also feature double silicone protected 8mm Ferro-Spiral core construction with stainless steel terminals to deliver the fastest, most powerful spark while maintaining the highest level of RFI/EMI suppression. The wires are available in universal configurations with straight, 45-, or 90-degree ceramic boots to accommodate a wide range of engines, as well and as custom fit sets for more than 20 different street applications for Chevy, Ford, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, and Buick.

New Value-Driven Oil Analysis Kit

Oil Analyzers has expanded its oil analysis kit line with a new Value Kit, a low-cost option when a full fluid analysis is not required. Oil analysis is a beneficial tool that allows consumers to gauge the current condition of the oil and whether it’s suitable for continued use. This is especially useful for race car haulers and motorhomes where the oil capacity is large and the oil change intervals is a mystery and dependent on individual usage demands. Knowing the precise intervals when the oil degrades can save money and prolong the life of your motor. The new Value Kit focuses on four key areas of testing: oil thickness, corrosion potential, wear metals, and beneficial oil additives. The Value Kit is recommended for vehicles with an existing oil analysis history and those with established oil change intervals. Full-service oil analysis is still an important piece of preventive maintenance.

MSD Circle Track RPM Control

MSD is excited to offer a new HEI Rev Limiter to the circle track world. The all-new Circle Track RPM Control is designed for racers and tech officials alike. The fully digital operation allows for extra smooth and accurate rev limiting to within a quarter percent of the set value while eliminating the need for plug-in RPM modules as convenient adjustable rotary dials take their place. A bright LED display clearly indicates the setup in any HEI-style distributor with no cutting or crimping of wires. New digital technology also allows the rev limiter to record the highest RPM the engine turns for a predetermined amount of time, providing useful information to both race teams and tech officials. The unit operates fully digitally, which allows for accurate rev limiting, has rotary dials to eliminate the need for plug-in RPM modules, is easy to install to any HEI distributor with plug-in wiring and connectors, and is epoxy filled to endure extreme racing conditions and eliminate potential tampering with circuitry.

Promech Penetrating Oil Now Has a Little Brother!

Promech Professional Mechanics Formula Penetrating Oil is now available in a 2-ounce size. This penetrating oil was developed and first used by a small circle of professional mechanics, hot rod shops, and restoration professionals. It was a secret tool of the trade for decades and is now available to the public. The penetrating oil has been laboratory-tested and real-world proven to outperform any penetrating oil currently available in freeing rusted, corroded, and seized bolts, nuts, and hardware. And it has no foul order. Additionally, Promech has shown unique properties such as actually “fizzing” the corrosion out, as well as the ability to creep and climb into the seized fasteners, a huge plus when working in an inverted position.
