Rear Main Oil Seal Conversion - Sealing The Deal
The seal adapter is a simple aluminum design that bolts to the back of the block. A gasket goes between the block and the adapter to eliminate oil seepage. The round bar in the back is a fixture that engine builder Keith Dorton fabricated to align the adapter when installing it.
