This photo shows the opposite view of the center section. Notice the three studs that attach the center section to the bell on either side. Long bolts help secure the bells to the center section through the other holes, but these three studs also serve a quite useful purpose. The holes are spaced in such a way that the bell will only fit when it’s clocked correctly. This eliminates the possibility of putting everything back together and then realizing that the brake caliper brackets aren’t aligned correctly. View Related Article
