The fuel tank quick fill tube location conflicted with the support brace tube to the rear frame and so Smokey built a box tube around it. He evidently needed the angle in the fuel fill tube to be what it is and there was no moving the fuel tank, so the solution was to go around the support tubing. View Related Article
