The chart shows how much difference in turning distance at 10 feet relates to toe. For an 86-inch circumference tire, a 1 1/2-inch difference between right and left wheel movement at 10 feet out results in 0.342 inches of additional toe. When doing this test, make sure which side turns more. If the left wheel turns more than the right wheel you have Ackermann. If the right turns more, you have reverse Ackermann and the car is then losing toe. View Related Article
